Mission Coffeehouse Collects More than $2000 for BBP
BBP was recently presented with a check for more than $2000 by the Mission Coffeehouse at First Lutheran Church. The Coffeehouse had collected tips for BBP throughout the month of September.
Jill Ayres, Coffeehouse manager, said that the amount raised for BBP was the most for any charitable organization supported solely by customer tips during this calendar year. (One organization's total was higher, due to a special donation from an outside group.) This indicates the tremendous level of public support that BBP enjoys.
On behalf of the children who will be served, we at BBP sincerely thank the Mission Coffeehouse staff and all its patrons who contributed to the tip jar for their incredible generosity.
